At Zakers Clothing, we are more than happy to assist you with any returns. We believe this is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our honesty and transparency, and to receive valuable feedback to improve our products and services. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to return it.
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders, with some exceptions for made-to-order items. The return policy for each product is clearly stated on the product page. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to deliver the original Zakers Clothing product to our warehouse, after which a refund will be processed.
If a product is eligible for return, you may reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. We will arrange a convenient time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original Zakers Clothing garment. Please note, only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all labels and tags completely intact and in their original packaging are eligible for return. Only one return will be accepted.
Once we have confirmed that the product meets the conditions outlined above, we will verify its eligibility for exchange or return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it promptly. In case you find that the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. This will allow us to examine the issue and take the necessary actions to rectify it and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Return/exchange of custom printed products are not possible.
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of the product's delivery date. If you return the product after 7 days, we will not be able to process the exchange. To ensure a successful exchange, please return the product within 7 days. In the event of a defective, damaged, or missing part in the product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the parcel or product for proof. If the customer contacts us after 48 hours, the exchange will not be processed as per our policy.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customized Refund Policy
If a customer has customized a product to their specifications and is later unsatisfied, no exchange or refund will be provided.
